Excitement is at fever pitch as the insurance industry gears up for the annual FIA awards. This year the theme of the awards function is “Senses” and invitees can expect to have sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing “activated” on the night.
Says Lizelle van der Merwe, CEO of the FIA: “The FIA awards are a celebration of intermediaries and the value they add to the consumers and product suppliers. The Business Day will this year once again publish a survey showcasing the value of intermediated advice and services to South African consumers. Says Carel Nolte from CN&CO – the FIA’s communications partner: “The Business Day have been supplied with a list of industry players who have been listed as finalists in the survey. We will be releasing a list of the top three finalists per category a week before the event and winners will only be announced on the night of the awards.”
