When an FSP or key individual institutes debarment procedures against a representative, it must provide the person with a copy of the FSP’s written policy and procedures governing the debarment process.
The documents linked below are examples of such a policy and procedures manual, and can be adapted to suit the specific circumstances of each FSP.
