Please read the letter from the Chief Executive of the South African Insurance Association (SAIA) and another letter from Caroline Da Silva of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) regarding Insure Group Managers (Pty) Ltd (“IGM”).
Whilst the matter at hand is between the regulator and the premium collection agency, it is in the interests of our members and the industry to ensure a positive outcome. The FIA will continue to engage and monitor the situation closely.
