We are excited to extend a warm welcome to Nishan Pillay, who serves as part-time faculty at both Wits and GIBS Business Schools. Nishan holds a Bachelor of Honours in Industrial Psychology from Wits, a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation and Innovation Leadership from IE University, as well as certifications in RE5, RE1, and COB in Health from Moonstone. Nishan is a staunch advocate for the importance of understanding the foundational principles of digital transformation in today’s business landscape, believing that while technology may be overhyped, these fundamentals are essential for business survival. With nearly two decades of experience, Nishan has been instrumental in guiding numerous companies to achieve success.
