At the recent FIA roadshow held in 8 cities, the FIA highlighted that member expectations from product providers have shifted – business enablement and overall service are critical factors when choosing a product provider. At the FIA we believe that the overall service members receive from product providers has a direct impact on their ability to service clients.
The survey aims to gather feedback from members on various aspects of product providers, including the effectiveness and quality of their offerings to members. By participating in this survey, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future for members and ensuring that the offerings from product providers align with your aspirations.
Last year’s survey broke some long-standing records. 6849 intermediary-supplier contracts were rated which was 67% higher than the number of contracts rated in 2019. This year, we are aiming for 10 000 contracts to be rated, we need your support. The 2023 survey will also use innovative diagnostic techniques to enhance our understanding of what is important to members.
