Isobel is a pragmatic financial advisor and organisational leader with a clear-eyed approach to complex matters. As Advisory Chair for the FIA, she advocates for inclusive, representative leadership - translating member insights into strategic action and fostering transparency across the organisation’s national footprint. In her advisory practice, Isobel works directly with clients navigating estate and financial decisions, offering straightforward, empathetic guidance tailored to individual needs. Her work is rooted in fairness, clarity, and a strong sense of responsibility - whether supporting families through transitions or advising on long-term planning. Outside of her professional roles, Isobel is actively involved in her local community, a wife, mother of two daughters and spending free time (when it’s available) on her mountain bike or in the sky.
