Each year on 18 July, also known as Mandela Day, is marked as a global call to action to celebrate Madiba’s legacy by taking small steps towards change.
To honour the icon, people all over the world give up 67 minutes of their time to devote it to public service, taking part in various activities, such as volunteering, giving back and simply making a difference in someone’s life or the community.
The FIA Highveld Branch members did their bit for #MandelaDay by helping with gardening and delivering goodies for those in need at Koppiestraat Projects. They we joined by FIA partners, Hollard, Santam and Old Mutual Insure, as well as Brolink to support and make the day a success.
