The FIA Lowveld Branch held their AGM & Members Meeting on the 28th of February at the breath-taking Orange Restaurant in Nelspruit.
Karen Maritz (Chairperson) opened the meeting and welcomed members to an exciting day, also introducing Bernard Lubbe, Regional Manager.
Bernard gave members his Regional Report which comprised of 2018 wins for the Region and getting members excited for 2019. He followed his feedback with general queries to members, asking them to participate and give input throughout the year.
Following his feedback, elections of the new Branch Management Committee were conducted, where current experts and young leaders were voted in to represent the Branch.
After a short coffee break, giving members time to network and appreciate the stunning view looking out over Nelspruit, Joe Kotze kicked off his CPD Presentations. Joe presented 3 hours of CPD and engaged with members regarding various CPD questions and uncertainties.
A very successful and positive Members Meeting was closed by the Bernard, and members were invited to stay for delicious treats catered by Orange Restaurant.
We would like to congratulate the newly elected Branch Management Committee, and thank them for the time and effort they put in.
